Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuotaHit (“the Service”), operated by AIwithDhruv (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuotaHit is an AI-powered sales platform that provides CRM, lead discovery, AI calling, email outreach, WhatsApp messaging, and sales coaching tools. The Service includes both free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
• Resell access without a partner agreement

5. AI Calling & Outreach Compliance

When using AI calling features, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable telemarketing laws. The Service provides TCPA compliance tools (DNC lists, disclosure scripts, consent tracking) but ultimate compliance responsibility lies with you.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. API Keys (BYOAPI)

When you provide your own API keys (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.), you are responsible for the costs incurred on those accounts. We do not store API keys in plain text — all keys are encrypted at rest.

8. Free Tier & Limitations

The free tier includes limited usage per month (100 AI calls, 100 contacts, 50 coaching sessions, 25 follow-ups). We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
