1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email, phone number, and company details you provide during registration.

CRM Data: Contacts, deals, activities, and communications you store in QuotaHit.

Usage Data: How you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used, session duration).

AI Interaction Data: Voice recordings and transcripts from AI coaching and calling features (processed in real-time, not permanently stored unless you save them).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve the Service
  • To personalize your AI agents (ICP, templates, scoring)
  • To send transactional emails (password resets, account notifications)
  • To provide customer support
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your CRM data to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate QuotaHit:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication (your data is stored securely)
  • Vercel — Hosting and deployment
  • AI Providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI) — AI processing (data sent to generate responses, not stored by providers for training when using API)
  • Plivo/Twilio — Phone calls and SMS
  • Google Places API — Lead discovery

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • API keys encrypted before storage
  • Row-level security on all database tables
  • Regular security audits
  • SOC2-ready infrastructure

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete all your data within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of your data
  • Correct — Update inaccurate information
  • Delete — Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export — Download your CRM data as CSV
  • Opt-out — Unsubscribe from marketing emails

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children

QuotaHit is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
